Where do you deliver?

How many deliveries can I get per week?

Inner North residents can currently get up to 3 deliveries in week at $4.99 per delivery, whereas Inner East and West residents can only get deliveries on Wednesday and Thursday repectively.

How do I reuse my products?

Simply leave your washed glass bottles, coffee tins and insulated packaging outside in your designated drop-off zone. One of our delivery drivers will pick up your bottles when they drop off your next milk round. All returned items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised again by one of our suppliers or by our team to ensure the highest hygiene standards.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

We deliver before 7.30am, so you can pick your milk and other products up first thing in the morning. No need to coordinate someone being home. Your cold groceries will be delivered in a thermally insulated (and reusable) box which will keep them fresh.

What happens if I don't return my reusable products?

For subscribers of My Milkman, we operate on an honesty system. If you forget to leave your bottles/tins/delivery packaging out on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday, that's okay. We will pick them up next time.

Ordering and Payment

When do I need to get my order in by?

To update your regular order, all changes need to be made by 11:59pm on Friday for delivery the following week.

You can also purchase one-time product purchases up to 36 hours before their next delivery if you think you'll need more during the week or want to try a new product.

What happens if I need more of a particular product?

You can update your order anytime for the following week up to Friday 11:59pm.

If you think you'll run out before the end of the week, we offer one-time grocery purchases which will be added to your next delivery.

For example, if you currently receive deliveries on Tuesday and Friday, and you place a one-time order on Wednesday, you will receive your additional products on Friday.

When is payment taken?

Our payment system is relatively simple. You are charged once per week. Your payments are upfront each week and ensures your upcoming deliveries are paid for and can be delivered.

Your first payment will be taken at time of sign-up. Every payment after that will be taken on the Saturday before your next week of delivery.

For example, if you signed up on Wednesday 10th June, your first payment will be taken at this time. Your first delivery will start the following week (Tuesday 16th June onwards). Every subsequent bill after your first will take place on Saturday (20th June, 27th June, etc.).

How can I change my subscription?

Log in to your Account to change or cancel your subscription at any time. You're in control.

You can change the following:

  • Quantities you wish to receive
  • Delivery days and delivery plan
  • Pause or cancel your account

Delivery issues

I'm missing an item, what should I do?

If you do find something wrong with your order, please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can get it resolved as quickly as possible.

My milkperson forgot to pick up my bottle/tin/packaging, what should I do?

Unfortunately from time to time this can happen. We will do our very best to remove them on the next round in your area, if you notify us, otherwise they will be collected on your next delivery.

One of my items is damaged/gone off, what should I do?

We aim to maintain a high quality standard and anything that is received outside of this, we take very seriously. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate further, and get your issue resolved the very best we can.

I live in an apartment building, what should I do?

When signing up, please be as clear as possible in the delivery instruction to direct our delivery drivers. If one of our drivers cannot access your building, your delivery will be left in the safest place possible.
